Reflection 3rd quarter

Coding in ICT is far more than just writing lines of syntax.it’s a blend of logic, creativity, and problem-solving that shapes how we interact with technology daily. At its core, coding teaches us to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable parts, fostering a structured way of thinking that translates beyond screens into real-world decision-making. Every bug fixed or feature built is a lesson in patience and resilience; there are no perfect first attempts, and iteration becomes a valuable skill.

They both learned performing the “pasyon” during their younger years. Now, they fear that they will not be able to pass on to the younger generation the tradition that became part of their devotion as well as too many Ilokano listeners.  “Sana may matuto na din talaga at seryosohin dahil matatanda na kame, ako ay 80 years old na, mahirap lalo’t hindi naman natin alam kung ano ang mangyayari sa buhay. Gusto ko din sana na bago man lang ako mawala may papalit na din sa akin para sa mga susunod na taon na kahit maging moderno naroroon parin itong tradisyon” Agapita Llanes said.  Although they started teaching some kids in performing the “pasyon” but still no one is serious in keeping the tradition.  “Hindi kasi nila sineseryoso dahil hindi sila interesadom, sa simula nakukuha nila tapos kapag itataas na nila yung tono sa tipong paiyak na nagtatawanan na sila at kapag pinapaulit hindi na nila gusto” said Vicky Lucero.  In the previous years, “pasyon” is usually hea...

Jose rizal

By the early 1890s, amidst the Calamba land dispute, Rizal grew more separatist in his stance, conflicting with several colleagues in the Propaganda Movement.[10] On July 6, 1892, a few days after establishing the secret society La Liga Filipina within Manila, Rizal was arrested by Spanish authorities for alleged possession of a seditious document, being banished to Dapitan in the island of Mindanao. During his exile, Rizal met Josephine Bracken, an Irish woman who later became his common-law wife. After four years in exile, Rizal left Dapitan for Cuba in August 1896 with the permission of Governor General Ramón Blanco, intending to serve as a doctor in the Spanish territory. However, at a stopover in Barcelona, he was arrested on October 6, 1896 after the Philippine Revolution broke out; the revolution was inspired by his writings. In December 1896, he was executed by the Spanish colonial government for the crime of rebellion. Though he was not actively involved in its planning o...

Hindi perlas. Kundi ang mga tao nito.”  This month, we reaffirm our commitment to uplift and stand with Indigenous peoples - because their fight is our fight for dignity, culture, and justice.
